Exchange Policy

We understand that our customers want the most out of their lingerie experience. That is why we have accommodating exchange and refund policies for ALL LINGERIE ITEMS.

Due our lingerie's intimate nature, we want to maintain the highest hygiene standards for our lingerie-lovin’ customers. The lingerie bottom (g-string / panty) will be delivered sealed, and if the seal is broken, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy:

We will exchange the item you purchased if you are not satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit. You may choose to exchange for a different item of the same value, or for the same item in a different size.Exchanges are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. We will send you a new item upon return of the item you received. We will only exchange each order once.

Cancellation

Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled by us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . There will be a 30% cancellation fee imposed on cancellation requests for orders that have been paid and are being processed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once sent for delivery.
